Read this article about Google Music. What is your opinion on the article? Do you think you would use that product? What would have to be different from iTunes or other sites you use to make you switch?

  2. The article is well written but plainly based in opinion, rumors, gossip, etc. If the product came out I would most likely not use it considering the advancement of other Music sites for purchasing and downloading songs. In order to switch from my current site it would have to include a more 'User-friendly' interface and settings along with a large storage capacity with links to bring it to music players on the Operating system I.E. Windows Media player. Also, there would have to be a music recovery system in case of hacking and server malfunctions or just plain mistakes by the user. This is only my oppinion.

  3. I think "Google Music" is going to run into a lot of problems with lawsuits and music companys. I would possibly check the program out, but I would most likely go back to Limewire. I think it would have to have free music for me to use is; that's why I use Limewire.

  4. I thought tha article was pretty informing. i have heard about this before and i think it is just like google to try to get every possible internet need on the site. i would not use this. it would have to be faster the the others and always have accurate music.

  5. The article was very resourceful, but it didn't speak clearly to an everyday reader. The product mentioned in the article sounds amazingly helpful. To be able to access your music library online would be great! That’s the only difference I would need from ITunes to switch. I wouldn't switch though, if I had to pay a membership fee. That is why I like ITunes.

  6. My opinion on the article was boring because the article was so boring I think this whole thing is boring. I think Itunes is alot easier to use and I'm never on the computer so probably not. The music being cheaper would be nice.

  8. I think it is a very wonderful product for people that would think that it's a wonderful product. I don't. If I want to listen to music, I find it on youtube, or I buy it on the Rock Band Music store.

  9. Google Music is allowing Google users to download. Music directly from Google. As a iTunes user i think this could help people who are regular users of Google to not leave their comfort zone. I would personally not use this product. My computer has iTunes downloaded and it’s on my desktop. It is much easier than logging into my Google account. Google music along with almost every other music downloader could be similar. There might be slight more convent changes, but other than that not much.
    That shall be all...

  10. Well Google music is like a more complicated version of Itunes. I think that the price for the membership is to high. Personally i would rather use Itunes. I think that $25 a month for a website that is more complicated than other music sights is ridiculous. In my opinion Google music is unwanted, by me.

  11. In my opinion, Google Music is an abomination. Google already dominates search engines, like yahoo and ask. So why is it that google wants to take over the music business too? Google makes enough money with it's search engine. If google suceeeds with google music, they will soon push iTunes and amazonMP3 out of the music business. Google's monopoly on the internet is unacceptable, and google does not need any more power. I would not use google music, and no matter how much better it is, I am loyal to iTunes.

  12. I think google music is a great idea! I would definetly use it. I like it when the songs have good quality so I would have to say all the songs having good quailty would have to be the difference.

  13. The article was very helpful, but it may have confused many people. I do not think I will use this product very much because it sounds a little complicated, and I might get a little confused. To make me swithch the music would have to be free.

  14. Google Music could possibly become popular in a few more years but before that happens I think that they will have to make a few more modifications to it such as the prices because people are going to use the cheapest site that gives them what they want.

I don't own and ipod so I wouldn't be using the site because I don't even use iTunes. I am not sure what I would change to the site because I have never used the other sites that have the same use as Google Music would.

  15. i think google music is a good idea, i just dont feel it is the right time to have a product such as google music at the moment. there are many sources for music nowadays, most of which are illegal, but not all. Some of them are legal such as limewire pro. i personally dont think i would use google music. I usually dont listen to music on my computer and i dont own an ipod, so i dont think i would ever use google music. finally i dont use itunes or anything like that so i dont really know what would need to be different for the product to be better.
